The Tammetalu Residencial area is located 10 km from the Tallinn city centre, in the
village of Kiili.
The structure has two main directions; one side has a main entrance axis while the
other side is directed towards the natural surroundings. The entrance, along with
the garage is defined by the roof. The continuation of the entrance surfaces next to
the garage which is inviting you to the inside of the building. The other side of the
building with a terrace is directed towards the nature. The space is defined by the
roof, the terrace is suitable for use in nature according to the seasons and it is an
element that provides connection between the inside and outside of the structure.
There are 3 bedrooms in the entrance section. The bathroom, WC and sauna are
located after the rooms. The sauna has its own terrace area. The main room, with
its large windows, has a beautiful atmosphere and view. The terrace is easily
accessible from here.
Two types of material have been used for the facade; wooden panels, glass, the
roofing texture shingle harmonizes with the surrounding trees.
